Growth, Band Structure and Optical Properties of LiSrBO3 Crystal

The bulk crystal of LiSrBO3 (8.39 g) with a size of 21mm×20mm×15mm was grown by high temperature solution growth method. The relationship between growth habit and crystal structure was discussed. The transmission spectrum shows an UV absorption edge at about 300 nm. The melting temperature of this crystal was determined to be 942 ℃ by DTA-TG measurement. The band structure of the LiSrBO3 crystal was studied by means of the first principle method. An indirect band gap was found to be about 4.0 eV,and a low dielectric constant was estimated to be about 1.9 in terms of theoretical results.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Glycin·3,5-Dihydroxybenzoic Acid

The title compound glycin·3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (GDB) has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pca21 with a = 25.513(10), b = 4.668(2), c = 9.150(4)(A), Z = 4, V = 1089.8(8)(A)3, C9H13NO7, Mr = 247.20, Dc = 1.507 g/m3, μ(MoKα) = 0.132 mm-1, F(000) = 520, R1 = 0.0322 and wR2 = 0.0611 for 885 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The title compound is a 1:1 molecular complex of glycin and 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, which is linked by O-H…O and N-H…O hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional framework. Test of SHG (second harmonic generation) indicates that NLO generation of the crystal is higher than that of KDP.     

弱碱性阴离子交换树脂分离1,6—二磷酸果糖的研究

采用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂HJ-30对发酵液中1，6-二磷酸果糖的分离进行了研究。详细地研究了树脂的吸附和脱附性能。实验结果表明，HJ-30树脂对FDP的吸附量达0．28gFDP／g湿树脂，以0．05mol／LNaCl洗脱光机磷和1mol／LNaCl洗脱1，6-二磷酸果糖，产品的收率和纯度分别为92％和99．4％。     

Influence of ultrasonic field on microcystins produced by bloom-forming algae

Under the background of algae removal and growth inhibition by ultrasonic irradiation, the effects of ultrasonic irradiation on removal of Microcystis, the concentration variation of microcystins (MC) produced by Microcystis in Microcystis suspension, and sonochemical degradation of microcystins in water, were studied in the paper. The results showed that ultrasonic irradiation could efficiently inhibit the growth of Microcystis, and ultrasonic irradiation shorter than 5 min would not introduce the increase of microcystins dissolved in Microcystis suspension simultaneity. Also, microcystins dissolved in Microcystis suspension would not increase as ultrasonic power increasing. Further research showed that microcystins were effectively degraded in ultrasonic fields. After 20 min ultrasonic irradiation at 150 kHz and 30 W, the removal rate of microcystins reached 70%.     

Novel synthesis of a strained para-cyclophane derivative

A [P. Rajakumar, A.M.A. Rasheed, Tetrahedron 61（22） （2005） 5351] para-cyclophane derivative was synthesized via intramolecular esterification of a dipeptide surrogate containing asparagine to form tetrahydropyrimidinone ring. The structures of the product and intermediates were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectrum.     

Crystalline Morphology and Polymorphic Phase Transitions in Electrospun Nylon 6 Nanofibers

Uniform nylon 6 nanofibers with diameters around 200 nm were prepared by electrospinning. Polymorphic phase transitions and crystal orientation of nylon 6 in unconfined (i.e., as-electrospun) and a high T(g) (340 degrees C) polyimide confined nanofibers were studied. Similar to melt-spun nylon 6 fibers, electrospun nylon 6 nanofibers also exhibited predominant, meta-stable gamma crystalline form, and the gamma-crystal (chain) axes preferentially oriented parallel to the fiber axis. Upon annealing above 150 degrees C, gamma-form crystals gradually melted and recrystallized into the thermodynamically stable alpha-form crystals, which ultimately melted at 220 degrees C. Release of surface tension accompanied this melt-recrystallization process, as revealed by differential scanning calorimetry. For confined nanofibers, both the melt-recrystallization and surface tension release processes were substantially depressed; gamma-form crystals did not melt and recrystallize into alpha-form crystals until 210 degrees C, only 10 degrees C below the T(m) at 220 degrees C. After complete melting of nano-confined crystals at 240 degrees C and recrystallization at 100 degrees C, only alpha-form crystals oriented perpendicular to the nanofiber axis were obtained. In the polyimide-confined nanofibers, the Brill transition (from the monoclinic alpha-form to a high temperature monoclinic form) was observed at 180-190 degrees C, which was at least 20 degrees C higher than that in unconfined nylon 6 at approximately 160 degrees C. This, again, was attributed to the confinement effect.     

流动注射化学发光法测定大豆异黄酮

基于在NaOH碱性介质中,K3Fe(CN)6可以直接氧化大豆异黄酮产生强的化学发光这一现象,并结合流动注射分析技术,提出了直接化学发光测定大豆异黄酮含量的新方法。当K3Fe(CN)6浓度为5.0×10-4mol/L,NaOH浓度为0.5 mol/L,主副蠕动泵转数分别为45 r/m in和35 r/m in时,体系具有最强的化学发光。该方法测定大豆异黄酮的线性范围为1.0×10-3~0.5 g/L;其回归方程为A(峰面积)=193305C(mg/L) 229.97,r=0.9962;检出限为4.6×10-4g/L。对5.0×10-3g/L大豆异黄酮溶液连续测定,每次得3个峰值,重复7次,相对标准偏差为2.46%。本方法已用于大豆中异黄酮含量的测定。     

聚乙撑二氧噻吩膜在氧化态的充电过程及电容研究

In this paper, the chronoamperometry was used to study the charging processes of polyethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT) modified electrodes in the potential range where PEDOT was in the oxidized state. The results show that the charging behaviors of the PEDOT films are well agreed with the exhausted finite diffusion model. The dependence of the capacitance values of the films on potential and concentration of solution was also studied in this potential range.     

Simultaneous determination of sulfite, sulfate, and hydroxymethanesulfonate in atmospheric waters by ion-pair HPLC technique

A reversed-phase ion-pair HPLC with indirect photometric detection for the simultaneous determination of sulfite, sulfate, hydroxymethanesulfonate (HMS), and other inorganic anions in atmospheric water has been developed. Separations were accomplished in less than 10 min in a cetylpyridinium-coated C₁₈ column with 0.5 mM potassium hydrogen phthalate-0.015% triethanolamine-3% methanol at pH 7.9 as mobile phase. Quantitation was carried out by the peak area method, with detection limits in the pmol range. UV light absorption responses were linear over a wide concentration range from several hundred μmoles to the detection limits of each anion. The application of the method provides a rapid and efficient technique for the quantitative determination of sulfur and other inorganic species in atmospheric liquids.     

Calycilactone A, a novel hexacyclic alkaloid from Daphniphyllum calycillum

A novel Daphniphyllum alkaloid with a rearranged fused-hexacyclic ring system, calycilactone A, was isolated from the leaves of Daphniphyllum calycillum (Daphniphyllaceae), and the structure and relative stereochemistry of the new compound were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.
